You know how to do it well
- You check whether outpatient and inpatient treatments according to LAMal and LCA are medically relevant, covered by law, and compliant with agreements.
- Thanks to your keen eye, you prepare complex cases so that the medical advisor can focus on the essentials.
- Cost coverage guarantee – yes or no? You make informed decisions and provide transparent answers to insured persons and service providers.
- You maintain an overview even when many parties are involved and coordinate benefits with other social insurances.
- Whether by phone or in writing: you conduct conversations with empathy and clarity with service providers, social insurances, insured persons, and internal teams.
What characterises you
- a basic commercial education with several years of professional experience in the field of health or social insurance benefits
- extensive knowledge of medical terminology is a prerequisite
- an independent and solution-oriented working style, combined with audience-appropriate communication and strong analytical skills
- perfect command of French, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of German
