Georg Haag AG, a company of the durlum Group based in Germany, specialises in the production of metal ceilings, acoustic ceilings, and shelving systems. Our company employs around 60 staff and distributes its products throughout Europe.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual by arrangement as

Powder Coater 80-100% (A)

Your professional tasks:

• Independently operating, setting up, and monitoring the powder coating system
• Scheduling orders as well as hanging and removing various ceiling panels
• Material withdrawals in the ERP system (SAGE)
• Conducting and documenting quality controls according to specification documents
• Performing measurements (titration) as well as monitoring and adjusting cleaning baths
• Assisting in assembly and packaging
• Proper disposal of system-specific operating materials
• Support with monthly and annual inventories

Your profile:

• Many years of experience in powder coating or a comparable role
• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a surface coater or plant operator, is an advantage
• Experience in the metalworking industry is an advantage
• Independent, careful, and reliable working style as well as good communication skills
• Motivated team player with a high level of commitment
• Good instructional and supervisory skills in managing assigned staff
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (between 05:00 and 23:15) and occasional Saturday shifts
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (daily use)
