- Insurance Clerk

In the role of Insurance Clerk, you will support our client managers, customers, and our apprentices. Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a professional and successful service for our SMEs.

Your area of responsibility in brief…

• creating tender requests to our partner companies
• preparing comparisons of various insurance offers
• controlling and support in claims cases
• customer advice and support in all insurance matters, especially for SMEs
• securing and further developing the internal control system
• practical trainer and training supervisor for our apprentices

Your profile corresponds to…

• You enjoy working and are between 25 and 35 years old
• initiative and willingness to take responsibility
• a commercial basic education with an insurer or fiduciary
• several years of experience in the insurance sector
• possibly a federal specialist qualification in insurance or similar diplomas
• willingness to continue education in the insurance field
• you have good knowledge in the area of business insurance
• very good manners
• experience in training apprentices according to the new NKG
• possibly a master trainer course
