Head of Social Services (m/f/d)

Leading and managing our social services team
Designing organisational workflows and processes in collaboration with treatment centres and wards, participating in reports
Conceptual development of social services, operational implementation of overarching concepts and guidelines
Advising and supporting patients and their relatives, including documentation
Promoting and maintaining interprofessional collaboration and networking between institutions, counselling centres and authorities of the cantons of Zug, Uri and Schwyz
Independently handling demanding organisational, financial and administrative tasks
Co-authoring various reports in the area of adult protection and civil law

Degree in Social Work from a University of Applied Sciences and further training in leadership and social insurance law
Proven leadership experience in a similar position
Knowledge of the care situation and existing networking within the cantons of Zug, Schwyz and Uri is an advantage
Strong social and communication skills with empathy for people in difficult life situations
High sense of responsibility as well as confident demeanour and flexibility, ability to think in a networked way
Enjoyment and commitment to working in a motivated team, active exchange of knowledge and experience
Flawless German language skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
