About the job
Your responsibilities include
- Leading and managing our social services team
- Designing organisational workflows and processes in collaboration with treatment centres and wards, participating in reports
- Conceptual development of social services, operational implementation of overarching concepts and guidelines
- Advising and supporting patients and their relatives, including documentation
- Promoting and maintaining interprofessional collaboration and networking between institutions, counselling centres and authorities of the cantons of Zug, Uri and Schwyz
- Independently handling demanding organisational, financial and administrative tasks
- Co-authoring various reports in the area of adult protection and civil law
You bring with you
- Degree in Social Work from a University of Applied Sciences and further training in leadership and social insurance law
- Proven leadership experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the care situation and existing networking within the cantons of Zug, Schwyz and Uri is an advantage
- Strong social and communication skills with empathy for people in difficult life situations
- High sense of responsibility as well as confident demeanour and flexibility, ability to think in a networked way
- Enjoyment and commitment to working in a motivated team, active exchange of knowledge and experience
- Flawless German language skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
