Your Tasks
At the Thun location, you take on a central role in the training of our young talents in various nursing professions.
As a competent professional and full-time vocational trainer, you actively shape vocational education in a structured manner and with high pedagogical quality. You individually support learners throughout their training and ensure a professional, appreciative learning culture. Together with the person responsible for vocational training, you will initiate the implementation of the training and manage the learning processes in the professional field "Nursing & Care" and within the basic vocational education according to the specifications of the training concept. You design and accompany learning situations in everyday professional life, conduct cooperative learning days, and are responsible for assessment together with the person responsible for vocational training. You work closely with nursing professionals, education managers, schools, and parents.

Your Profile
- Secondary level education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Completed further training in vocational pedagogy (at least 40 hours)
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Pedagogical skills and pronounced reflection competence
- Positive attitude towards people in developmental processes and challenging situations
- Courteous oral and written communication
- Flexibility and resilience
- Quality awareness
- Open, constructive, and reflective personality
