Your area of responsibility
You will carry out tasks related to recruitment consulting and act as a contact person both by phone and in direct contact with applicants, temporary employees and our clients. You maintain close contact with our clients and additionally build new relationships. You maintain close contact with clients in the main and secondary construction trades as well as building services engineering and additionally build new relationships.

- Customer care and acquisition
- Publishing job advertisements according to client instructions
- Analysing and selecting applications
- Scheduling client assignments
- Acquiring new clients
- Conducting interviews with job seekers
- Creating and preparing personnel files
Your profile
- Goal-oriented personality with completed basic training
- Friendly appearance and a flair for sales
- Communicative skills combined with networked thinking
- Reliable, service-oriented and independent
- Driving licence category B
