To complement our team, we are looking for a

Production Employee 3-Shift 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Setting up and operating various production machines (mixers)
• Varied production – from raw material preparation to filling the high-quality special hot melt adhesive (product)
• Documenting and ensuring product quality
• Maintaining and cleaning the production machines
• Contributing ideas and improvements across the entire work area

Your profile:

• Production experience
• Willingness to work 3-shift operation
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Physically good basic constitution (lifting loads up to 20 kg)
• Flexibility, high reliability and openness to new things
• Team orientation, enthusiasm and willingness to develop further

What to expect:

• Dynamic, open culture in a successful family business and a friendly team
• 5 weeks’ holiday, from age 60 6 weeks’ holiday plus additional holiday granted between Christmas and New Year
• 3-shift operation, night shift only 4 nights per week
• Fixed monthly salary (including shift allowance) x 13
• Full salary including shift allowance is insured (no coordination deduction)
• Every 5 years a service anniversary gift of 1 month’s salary (time off or money)
• Work clothes, safety shoes and glasses free of charge including laundry service
• Free drinks (coffee, mineral water) and fruit
• Free parking spaces
