Service – Maintenance/EBO

What awaits you with us

• Comprehensive as well as independent project management of small and medium-sized projects in the S&W sector
• Overall responsibility from on-site survey, through quotation/acquisition and implementation to final acceptance by the customer
• Calculation of quotations
• Consulting and customer care for private customers, property management companies or customers from the commercial sector

What you bring with you

• Training as a building services planner heating (or equivalent qualification)
• Solid experience in heating/cooling as well as several years of professional experience in the service – maintenance/EBO sector
• Experience with small and medium-sized new build and renovation projects (service orders, installations in single-family homes, multi-family homes or also in office and commercial areas)
• Enjoyment of comprehensive project support, acquisition as well as the development and maintenance of long-term customer and supplier relationships
• Open and straightforward approach with the willingness to think outside the box
• Interest in always staying technically up to date
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
