Do you have experience in injection moulding and want to take responsibility for a small team at the same time? In this role, you will take on the personnel and technical leadership of a small team and, together with your employees, ensure the proper setup and flawless operation of injection moulding tools and handling systems.

Your Main Tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership of a small team
• Setting up injection moulding tools and handling systems
• Identifying and reporting deviations
• Installing and replacing sliders and mould parts on injection moulding tools
• Carrying out cleaning and documentation tasks
• Ensuring the flow of information and communication within and outside the team

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training EFZ
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the injection moulding sector, initial leadership experience an advantage
• Technical understanding as well as precise and careful working methods
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1)
