Now we are looking for reinforcement for our young and uncomplicated team at the Horgen location from a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d).

Your path with us:

1st and 2nd month: Building the foundation

• General induction
• Basics of telephone acquisition
• Insights into the areas of personnel recruitment and leasing

3rd to 6th month: Working in the team

• Advanced telephone acquisition
• Occasional support in sales and customer care
• Independent lead generation
• First independent management of clients

7th to 12th month: Consolidation in the industry

• Independent lead generation
• Complete management of clients
• Completion of induction and consolidation in personnel leasing and recruitment

Your tasks:

• Telephone acquisition of potential customers
• Management of own clients
• Qualification and preparation of customer meetings
• Scheduling and coordination of consultation appointments for our personnel consultants

You bring with you:

• Apprenticeship, A-levels or university degree
• Committed, flexible and resilient
• Well organised, independent and reliable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Articulate - impeccable Swiss and High German
• Communicative and confident in negotiations
• Interest in personnel leasing
• Good IT user skills
