• You lead our Langenthal branch both professionally and personally and develop it further together with the executive board
• You actively participate in the executive board, take on entrepreneurial responsibility and contribute to the operational management of the company
• You lead a committed team and promote its further development
• You are the sparring partner for your clients
• You represent your clients comprehensively towards authorities
• As an advocate of digitalisation, you are ready to leave no stone unturned
• You make an active contribution to the further development of our client portfolio and the sustainable growth of our company

What you bring with you:

• You think entrepreneurially and act solution-oriented
• Managing and coordinating several mandates in parallel is no problem for you
• Ideally, you already hold an expert diploma as a fiduciary expert, certified tax expert or certified auditor. If not, we will support you
• Ideally, you also have a licence as a revision expert RAB
• You have several years of experience in independently managing your own client portfolio
• You have already demonstrated your leadership and social skills
• You work committed and structured while valuing a sustainable balance between work and private life
