Tasks
- Begleite unsere Bewohner:innen einfühlsam während der Nacht.
- Sorge für Sicherheit und professionelle Pflege auf hohem Niveau.
- Übernehme die Hausverantwortung und gewähre einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder gleichwertig.
- Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege und Freude an älteren Menschen.
- Teamplayer mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und guten Deutschkenntnissen.

The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. Qualified Nurse for Night Shift 50 %
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a flexible and open-minded person with a heart for our residents who enjoys working in the night shift as
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You accompany our residents sensitively and competently during the night in their home
- You ensure safety, well-being and professional care at a high level
- You take on the house responsibility during the night and ensure a safe process in the house with prudence and calm
- You contribute your ideas and develop our everyday life further together with the team
- You take responsibility for careful documentation and ensure a smooth flow of information
Our requirements:
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or equivalent training with a diploma recognised in Switzerland
- Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with and caring for elderly people
- Experience in the application of RAI LTCT
- Team player and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of IT systems
- Good oral and written German skills
