Your area of responsibility:
As the person responsible for the joinery, you hold the reins:

• Leadership: You lead your team both personally and professionally and specifically promote internal know-how.
• Production: You manage planning, monitor deadlines and guarantee our high quality standards.
• Optimisation: You further develop processes, plan projects and solve complex problems (including complaints management).
• Interface: You train your employees and work closely with other departments.

Your profile:

• Basis: Completed joinery apprenticeship with several years of professional experience.
• Plus: Further training as a master joiner or certified technician HF (business processes) is an advantage.
• Skills: Solid experience in personnel management as well as production and process workflows.
• Personality: You think entrepreneurially, are strong in planning and bring not only perseverance but also a healthy dose of humour.
• Language: German at native level and confident use of MS Office.
