About the job
The School Buildings Department is the hub between the needs of the school, care, janitorial services and the executing specialist bodies. It manages around 180 buildings owned by the department as well as rental properties. The department's range of tasks extends from strategic planning to property management on behalf of the owner.From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement for our self-organised team. Look forward to varied tasks and collaboration in a committed, agile team.
Your Tasks
- Coordination of maintenance work with users and janitorial services during ongoing operations as well as management of service and maintenance contracts
- Leadership and coordination of projects and processes (including implementation of CAFM system) with a focus on structural and gardening maintenance
- Control and professional support of maintenance and renovation projects
- Budgeting, review and approval of maintenance measures and small projects
- Handling of billing processes in building maintenance
- Advisory function for operation and management
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management with a specialisation in "Real Estate" or "Building Systems"
- Experience in user representation, operational FM and CAFM is an advantage
- Independence, communication skills and initiative
- Problem-solving ability and precise working method
- Solid MS Office skills
