The city of Dietikon is the fifth largest municipality in Zurich and at the same time the district capital in the Limmattal with over 28,000 inhabitants.The Asylum Office provides economic and personal assistance within the framework of asylum care for adults and families from the asylum sector. We work according to the methodological principles of Positive Leadership and Empowerment.
For the replacement during a maternity leave, we are looking for a temporary position starting from January 1, 2026 for about nine months for a
- First point of contact for our clients at the counter and on the phone
- Co-responsible for the entire administrative area of the administration of the Asylum Office
- Mail processing and correspondence management
- Support and takeover of various other exciting administrative and organizational tasks in the different areas of the administration of the Asylum Office (consultation, health insurance, authorities)
- Completed commercial training
- Good IT skills, ideally including Tutoris
- Preferably experience in the asylum or social welfare sector
- Service-oriented, precise, and independent working style
- Honest and transparent personality as well as strong team player
- Empathy for people in difficult life situations
- Desire to make a difference and help shape things
- A responsible and independent activity in a motivated and collegial team
