AMM Prima gives well-qualified professionals and managers the boost they need to enter the job market! Here they receive tailored support to quickly and sustainably launch themselves in the primary labour market. For three months, our coaches help them polish their applications to a high shine, smartly expand their network and perfect their presentation. Additionally, they can deepen exactly the skills that really advance them in exciting workshops. All on-site, via Teams and hybrid.

We are looking for a team member for AMM Prima starting early October or by arrangement

Team Leader, Job Coach and Course Leader, 60-80% and/or

Job Coach and Course Leader, 40-60%

Work locations: Bern and Thun

Team Leader, Job Coach and Course Leader and/or Job Coach and Course Leader Work Locations: Bern and Thun

Your tasks:

• Advising, supporting and promoting participants in the job search process (location assessment, skills balance, application dossier, application strategy, self-marketing, networking, project management)
• Conducting workshops - on-site, via Teams and hybrid
• Weekly coaching – physical and online
• Case management, administration and coordination
• As team leader: programme management and leadership of the 5-member Prima team at the Thun and Bern locations

Your skills:

• Recognised professional qualification/tertiary or secondary level II vocational qualification
• Solid teaching and coaching experience, further training in coaching and at least SVEB 1
• Several years of professional experience in labour market integration, ideally with managers and executives and current knowledge of the labour market
• Strong linguistic sensitivity for German and solid IT user skills
• Skilled in the use of digital learning formats
• High social competence, communication and teamwork skills
• Innovative and committed
• For team leader: leadership experience, experience with AMM processes is an advantage
