About the job

Our Human Resources department at Zurich Airport is the point of contact for internal and external contacts. It is responsible for supporting the 350 employees in Switzerland from entry to exit. Furthermore, it supports management in all personnel-related matters.

For our locations Zurich Airport and Zurich Main Station, we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement as

What to expect from us:

• Representing the Human Resources Manager during their absence
• Independent recruitment of specialists and executives for all our units at the Zurich Airport and Zurich Main Station locations
• Contact person for all employees and managers regarding any personnel concerns
• Ensuring efficient and legally compliant HR administration from A to Z
• Absence management, handling of sickness and accident notifications
• Advising and supporting managers in personnel and leadership tasks
• Conducting interviews according to process guidelines and established practice
• Co-shaping personnel development
• Coordinating all personnel-related tasks in collaboration with external payroll accounting
• Coordinating and optimising HR instruments and processes
• Close cooperation with relevant interfaces
• Various administrative and coordinative tasks in the responsible area

What you should bring:

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Solid HR training
• High degree of self-management
• Enjoyment of diverse tasks
• Flexible organisational talent with high performance and customer orientation
• Enjoyment in dealing with people from different cultures
• Confident appearance, empathy, strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Native German speaker and very good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
