- Contact with authorities, insurance companies, and personnel agencies
- Management of absence tracking
- Support in payroll preparation
- Coordination of temporary employees
- Data collection
- Monitoring of service anniversaries and birthdays
- General administrative tasks
Your Profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Further training in the personnel field desired (personnel assistance)
- First experience in human resources and/or personnel placement is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), SAP is an advantage
- Structured, team-oriented, flexible, resilient, precise, careful and independent working style
- Enjoyment of a multicultural environment
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, any additional foreign language is an advantage
