We are looking for a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to join our team as a Local HR Business Partner based at our Established Pharmaceutical Headquarter in AllschwilAs an experienced HR professional, you will take full ownership of HR responsibilities within your designated area, operating across the full spectrum of a generalist HR Business Partner role.Your expertise, enthusiasm, and hands-on mentality make you a trusted and persuasive partner to your stakeholders. You build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere. As a true team player, you thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about supporting people and driving HR initiatives forward.Your main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Providing proactive advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees in your assigned area on all local HR topics and employment-related matters</li><li>Managing the full employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, onboarding, probation reviews, changes in employment terms, and offboarding</li><li>Handling administrative HR tasks such as work permit applications, confirmation and reference letters</li><li>Supporting payroll-relevant processes by coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g. salary adjustments, variable compensation, absences)</li><li>Coordinating relocation and integration support for new hires, including collaboration with relocation agencies and local authorities</li><li>Supporting annual HR processes such as performance management, compensation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives</li><li>Driving the local implementation of global HR programs and policies, while identifying and initiating process improvements tailored to the Swiss context</li><li>Collaborating with HR colleagues, centers of expertise, and shared service teams in a matrix environment</li><li>Contributing to HR projects and supporting the HR Manager with conceptual work, and special assignments</li><li>Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering open communication, mutual respect, and cross-cultural understanding- especially important in our diverse, international environment</li></ul> Your profile:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher commercial education with a focus on Human Resources</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in an HR department, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry and in an international business environment</li><li>Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously</li><li>Flexible mindset with a positive, solution-oriented “can-do” attitude</li><li>A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills</li><li>Outstanding communication and persuasion abilities, paired with a high level of customer orientation</li><li>High intercultural competence and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels and functions</li><li>Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with digital HR tools and systems</li></ul> Do you like the sound of this job and think you’ve got what it takes?
