We are looking for an entrepreneurial, smart, and sales-strong personality to take our sales to the next level.

Your mission

Your goal is clear: around 20% sales growth per year. You develop our sales organisation, lead our shops and teams, and open up new markets. In doing so, you connect people, products, numbers, and speed.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for sales
• Leadership and development of our shops, sales teams, and internal sales department
• Increase sales, margin, conversion, and sales performance
• Build new markets focusing on Zurich, Central Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Basel
• Expand B2B/Ride Smart
• Close collaboration with product management and marketing
• Analyse sales figures, define goals, and implement them consistently
• Find the right people, develop them, and shape a strong sales team

What you bring

• Experience in sales and team leadership
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss bike market
• Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
• Strong numerical understanding and digital affinity
• High energy, decisiveness, and implementation strength
• You can inspire people and lead consistently at the same time
• You are customer-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused
• Above all: you want to make a difference, not just manage
