Your tasks

- Planning of inpatient patients, therapies, and weekly programs
- Therapy planning and appointment coordination of doctors and therapists including session planning
- Organization of substitutes for planned absences and unplanned absences of therapists including ensuring the flow of information
- Admission and discharge management including bed disposition
- Administrative contact person for patients before and during their stay
- Patient administration, such as master data maintenance and correspondence
- Assistance in creating and optimizing processes and work instructions for quality assurance
- Assistance with projects and working groups

Your profile

- Completed training/continuing education in the commercial sector or healthcare
- Industry knowledge in healthcare and/or the health insurance sector is an advantage
- Social competence and ability to work in a team
- Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking and sense for process flows and contexts
- Proficient IT user knowledge of MS Office applications as well as preferably MS Dynamics Navision and clinical information system INES
- Flexible and resilient personality
- Confident German language skills
