To strengthen our Incoming Business team at the Zurich location, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement for a mandate manager (m/f/d).

What you achieve
- You advise and support foreign corporate clients from all industries (except BVG) who operate branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland
- You communicate with broker partners in our international Funk Alliance network and ensure regular reporting
- You ensure that the global insurance programmes are implemented locally in Switzerland in compliance with the law
- You prepare risk analyses, insurance concepts, tenders and place the risks
- You define the insurance strategy with the client and prepare the implementation plan on the occasion of the annual risk and insurance discussion
- You develop solutions in collaboration with insurance companies and internal specialists
- You accompany and support our clients in the event of claims
Why you succeed
- You have completed an insurance apprenticeship, the VBV examination or the insurance specialist certificate and have several years of experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or insurer
- Your working method is characterised by structured, reliable and responsible action with a high quality standard
- You can enthuse about companies from various industries and have strong communication skills in spoken and written form
- You are proficient in all MS Office programmes
- You want to use your confident German and English in your daily work
