Your mission
Ensure the quality and continuity of support and care for residents, in a clinical, relational and interdisciplinary approach promoting their autonomy, choices and quality of life.
Your responsibilities:
- Assess the health status of residents, identify risks and ensure necessary clinical monitoring
- Provide preventive, curative, relational and palliative care, as well as delegated medical acts
- Respond with discernment to emergencies, clinical changes and complex situations
- Ensure the safe management of treatments, medical devices and pharmaceutical products
- Ensure reliable handovers and rigorous documentation in the resident's electronic file
- Coordinate the support plan for residents for whom you are the referent, with them, their relatives and the various professionals involved
- Work closely with doctors, care teams, other services and external partners
- Supervise, support and guide the nursing assistant team, notably through appropriate delegation and monitoring of service quality
- Participate in the daily organisation of the service and ensure, in the absence of managers, the necessary adjustments for continuity of care
- Welcome and support new employees, temporary staff and trainees
- Report incidents and actively contribute to practice analysis and continuous improvement
Profile sought
Your profile:
- Bachelor of Science HES in nursing, ES diploma or equivalent and recognised qualification in Switzerland
- Strong interest in supporting elderly people, especially those living with neurocognitive disorders
- Solid clinical assessment, analysis and decision-making skills
- Ability to coordinate, delegate and unite a team
- Rigor, autonomy, sense of responsibility and good priority management
- Clear, constructive communication adapted to different interlocutors
- Kind, respectful attitude towards residents' choices and professional framework
- Excellent oral and written command of French
- Proficiency with IT tools; knowledge of SADIES is an asset
