Work where others spend their winter holidays. For the winter season 2026/27, we are looking for an all-round service person for our The Wall Bar on the Eigergletscher.

Work where winter is at home: The Kleine Scheidegg is the heart of the Jungfrau Ski Region. Every day, winter sports enthusiasts from all over the world meet here, enjoy the mountain scenery and take a break in our mountain restaurant.

For the winter season from 14 December 2026 to 4 April 2027, we are looking for a committed individual with a passion for gastronomy and genuine hospitality. Together, we ensure that our guests remember not only the slopes but also the service.

Service Staff

Your tasks

• Host with heart: You look after and advise our international guests in a friendly, attentive and professional manner.
• Service with passion: You independently manage your own service station and ensure a thoroughly successful guest experience.
• Advice & sales: You actively recommend food and drinks and contribute to the success of our offer with suitable recommendations.
• Taking responsibility: You are responsible for correct cash handling and daily accounts.
• Thinking ahead and pitching in: You support your team flexibly in day-to-day business and help out where support is needed.
• Mise en place & organisation: You prepare your work area independently and contribute to a smooth operation.
• Making quality visible: You ensure compliance with our hygiene, quality and safety standards and maintain order and cleanliness in the guest area.

What you bring

• Joy in guest contact: You meet people openly, warmly and with genuine service orientation.
• Experience in gastronomy: Ideally, you have experience in service or a comparable role.
• Resilience and flexibility: You keep an overview and work reliably even in hectic situations.
• Independent working style: You take responsibility and act with initiative.
• Team spirit and positive attitude: You enjoy working with others and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team.
• Willingness for special assignments: You appreciate the variety between day shifts and the once-weekly evening shift with overnight stay in the mountain hotel.
• Linguistic confidence: You have good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
