About the job
This is what you can do with us
- You will carry out standardised administrative tasks in various departments of the University Hospital. The tasks vary depending on the department (e.g. secretariats, patient admissions).
- You are familiar with all office equipment, write letters from templates, record patient data and can operate the necessary programmes for this.
- Thanks to your helpful and customer-oriented attitude, you will often be deployed in patient and customer contact.
- You answer telephones and create telephone notes.
What you bring with you
- You have completed compulsory schooling with a good to very good result (Level A or E). Level A: Grade 5 in the subjects Mathematics and German.
- You are interested in commercial work.
- You can complete tasks carefully and reliably, enjoy organising and are service-oriented.
- You can express yourself well in German, both orally and in writing.
- You enjoy working with people and like working in a team.
