You are familiar with transport and distribution logistics from practical experience, understand complex processes, and are passionate about software? You enjoy advising, recognise business opportunities, and are hands-on during implementation? Then we should get to know each other.

We are 1st Log. Our software supports transport and logistics companies – from single locations to international networks. We are growing and looking for a versatile personality who wins customers, understands processes, and accompanies projects.

Your task

You are the link between customers, logistics, and software. You understand what our customers need, develop suitable solutions, and support them from the first conversation through to daily operations.

• Establish new customer contacts, maintain existing relationships, and present our software.
• Analyse customer requirements and business processes, develop solutions, and prepare offers.
• Support projects, configure software, and formulate requirements for development.
• Test functions, support users, and resolve technical questions during ongoing operations.
• Incorporate customer needs and your own ideas into the further development of our products.

What you bring

• Solid experience in transport, courier/express/parcel (CEP), general cargo, or distribution logistics, for example in dispatch, network control, or process management.
• A degree in Business Informatics HF/FH or a comparable qualification in the ICT field.
• Experience in customer consulting, sales, and software solution implementation.
• Enjoy engaging with people, explaining connections clearly, and winning customers over to solutions.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured, independent working style.
• Very good German and English skills.

You understand cross-location transport processes and can translate operational requirements into concrete software solutions.
