• Operational co-responsibility for the Qualified Intermediary reporting of the entire group, including coordination, control and timely transfer of tax amounts
• Specialist responsibility for other operational taxes (e.g. financial transaction taxes, withholding taxes)
• Contact person for client advisors and internal specialist departments on tax issues in operational business
• Professional support of the Tax Services team (tax certificates, especially coordination with the US tax reports for clients)
• Participation in the further development and optimisation of processes and systems in the area of Operational Taxes
• Support in projects as well as in regulatory changes in the tax area

• Legal or business administration background (basic training) or a comparable qualification, e.g. banking apprenticeship with relevant professional experience:
• Sound knowledge of the Qualified Intermediary regime and practical experience in QI reporting
• Experience with Avaloq as well as knowledge in the area of Corporate Actions is a plus
• Good knowledge of other operational tax topics is advantageous
• Fluent in German, confident communication skills in English
• Analytical thinking, structured working method and high quality orientation
