Polymechanic specialising in Maintenance and Customer Service
Tasks
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on machines and systems
- Analysing and resolving faults directly at the customer’s site
- Customer care and technical support via telephone and e-mail
- Inspection and acceptance of machines and systems at the company headquarters
- Commissioning of systems and training of customers
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally 40-50%
- Supporting internal assembly with wiring and subassembly assembly as required
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic
- Several years of practical experience in the service sector
- Sound knowledge of pneumatics, drive technology and PLC controls
- Independent, proactive working style with good organisational skills
- Analytical thinking and goal-oriented problem-solving skills
