Your responsibility: Lead assembly and ensure quality

• Assembly work: You carry out demanding carpentry projects to ensure the work is completed on time.
• Team leadership: You coordinate assembly teams of up to 10 employees, as clear leadership is crucial.
• Site logistics: You organise materials and processes so that the site runs smoothly.
• Quality assurance: You report to the project management and support site inspections to ensure the highest standards are met.

What you bring:

• Training: You have completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter as well as further training as a foreman or construction manager.
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of leadership experience in carpentry.
• Personality: You convince with assertiveness, communication skills, and commitment.
• Technical know-how: You can confidently use digital tools for site planning.
