Your tasks
- Professional, organisational and personnel management of the Clinical Chemistry and Immunology department
- As a member of the institute management, you actively shape the strategic and operational development of the Institute of Laboratory Medicine
- Ensuring high-quality, economical and timely laboratory diagnostics
- Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of the 24/7 laboratory operation including personnel deployment and duty planning for around 17 BMAs
- Ensuring and continuously developing quality management and the corresponding quality standards
- Introduction, validation and optimisation of new methods, analysis systems and work processes
- Participation in the operational laboratory work
Your profile
- Qualification as a Biomedical Analyst HF or Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostician FH
- Several years of professional experience in Clinical Chemistry and/or Immunology
- Leadership experience, appropriate further training or motivation and willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Experience in quality management
- High professional competence, excellent organisational skills and a structured and reliable way of working
- Appreciative leadership style, strong communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Openness to innovation as well as enthusiasm for continuous development and optimisation of processes
