What you can achieve
- Fact-finding primarily in the area of child protection
- Conducting hearings within the scope of the clarification process
- Taking minutes during the clarification process
- Drafting decisions for the KESB
- Providing psychosocial professional advice
- Developing solutions on a voluntary basis in cooperation with those affected / triaging affected persons to subsidiary specialist offices
- Formulating clarification assignments to external parties
- Contributing to the further development of the existing organization and professional standards
- Additional clarification tasks on behalf of the KESB
What distinguishes you for this
- Completed studies in social work, psychology, (social) pedagogy, or related fields
- Professional experience and/or additional training in the fields of child and adult protection
- Resilient, assertive, and integrous personality
- Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
- Joy and interest in people and social issues
