Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Clinical patient assessment
• Care of outpatient patients in defined clinical areas under senior medical supervision
• Telephone and telemedicine consultations with patients as well as general administrative tasks
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various clinics and internal professional groups as well as with external institutions
• Contributing to an active and positive team and clinic culture

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH and CAS as Clinical Specialist
• Several years of professional experience with internal medicine patients
• Precise, conscientious and independent working style as well as initiative and willingness to learn
• High social competence with commitment to constructive and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good oral and written German skills
