Your main tasks

Taking on the role of technical lead in our SecOps team
Technical mentoring of employees
Planning & conducting internal workshops and training sessions
Responsible for the general management of security-relevant topics under Linux (e.g., hardening, compliance, auditing)
Responsible for the general management of security-relevant topics under Windows (e.g., hardening, compliance, auditing)
Implementation and operation of Microsoft Defender for Linux and TrendMicro for Linux
Creation of Bash and Python scripts to automate routine tasks, monitoring, and reporting
Planning, operation, and further development of WAF, PAM, and IAM solutions
Collaboration with internal teams on security analyses and participation in security incidents

Your strengths and knowledge

Completed studies in computer science, IT security, or a comparable qualification
Experience in mentoring employees
Solid experience in the Linux environment (Debian, RHEL, etc.)
Good knowledge in the area of DevSecOps
Basic understanding of modern web application security
Practical experience with SIEM/SOAR systems
Knowledge of Defender for Linux and TrendMicro solutions is desirable
Good programming skills in Bash and Python
Team player, high initiative, and structured working style
German and English spoken and written
