Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination and execution of ventilation projects, from conception to completion
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
- Budget responsibility and cost control
- Communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Reporting within the construction meeting
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner ventilation or equivalent
- Further training in building services engineering is an advantage
- Several years of experience in the planning of ventilation projects
- Sound knowledge in the use of CAD software and experience in using SAP
- Teamwork skills and leadership competencies
- Very good German in spoken and written form
