IT architecture plays a key role in this endeavour. As the right hand of the Head of IT Architecture, we are looking for the Head of the Architecture Office.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for all governance processes of IT architecture and the governance boards (IT Architecture Board, Platform Core Team Board)
- Further development, implementation and communication of the IT Architecture Target Operating Model
- Establishing and orchestrating the "Community of Practices" for the federated architecture organisation
- Preparation of the IT landscape report and derivation of measures
- Leadership and further development of the IT architecture inventories
- Budget planning and control for the IT architecture area
- Personnel management of a small team
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable field
- Business administration supplement (e.g. MBA) advantageous
- Profound expertise in IT architecture as well as extensive experience in the banking environment of comparable size and complexity
- Solid technical foundations, ideally based on practical experience in software development
- You convince with the ability to develop and communicate strategies and with assertiveness
- Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
