Our employees provide comprehensive support to clients in the areas of AHV, income compensation scheme, parental allowance, family allowances, and occupational pension schemes. The debt collection of social insurance contributions for the 1st and 2nd pillars is located within the Financial and Accounting Services team. The main working tool of our employees is the AKIS application, with which we carry out contribution collection and benefit disbursement for the 1st/2nd pillar and family compensation fund.
For our seven-member Financial and Accounting Services team, we are looking for a
Debt Collection Clerk (80-100%)
Your main tasks include:
- Execution of the debt collection procedure for the AHV compensation fund, the personnel pension foundation, and an extra-mandatory BVG foundation
- Execution and monitoring of various debt collection batch runs
- Processing incoming payment orders and cost accounting
- Creation and monitoring of repayment plans in all three institutions according to supervisory requirements or internal rules
- Preparation of payment confirmations and account statements
- Communication with customers and debt enforcement offices
- Assistance with testing during AKIS deliveries (releases, patches)
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training
- A flair for numbers and communication with customers
- Experience in the debt collection field
- In-depth knowledge of the debt collection procedure according to SchKG
- Good MS Office skills and a high IT affinity as well as willingness to familiarise yourself with our AKIS application and its processes
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form and, of great advantage, good French and/or Italian skills
- Resilience even in hectic times
