What you will achieve
- Leading the project resources assigned to you and monitoring their efficient use
- Developing solution proposals and assisting with concepts for the site manager
- Supporting the development of detailed solutions and their representation in CAD
- Ordering materials in coordination with the site manager
- Reporting deviations to the site manager
- Ensuring professional execution of work on the construction site
- Ensuring task-related work preparation
- Proactive coordination with internal and external parties
- Participating in construction meetings in consultation with the site manager
- Preparing time sheets
- Preparing measurements
- Ensuring implementation of safety regulations and rules
- Implementing environmental protection requirements
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Why you will succeed
- Completed basic training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and training as a timber construction foreman
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience in the execution of timber construction projects
- Experience in dealing with clients
- Knowledge of Cadwork planning
- Good communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership experience
- Good basic IT skills
