In this role, you will take responsibility for a property portfolio and have the chance to assume leadership duties in the medium term.
Responsibilities:
- Independent management of a portfolio of rental and owner-occupied apartments
- Conducting viewings, handovers, and inspections of rental properties
- Planning and organising maintenance measures as well as coordinating with craftsmen and service providers
- Preparation of rental contracts, utility cost statements, and support with the annual accounts
- Care of owners and tenants as well as ensuring smooth communication flow
- Regular review and optimisation of rental prices and implementation of rent adjustments
- Long-term: Taking on leadership responsibilities within the property management team
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the real estate sector, ideally with a professional certificate as a property manager
- Professional experience in property management and sound knowledge of tenancy law
- High degree of initiative and motivation to take on responsibility and develop further
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge in the use of real estate software as well as MS Office
- Resilience and assertiveness
