To strengthen our team in the work preparation department of the Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for a motivated and qualified individual as a Project Specialist.Would you like to actively participate in the creation of modern buses and are ready for the next career step? As a Project Specialist AVOR, you are the connecting element between sales, engineering, purchasing, logistics and production. You contribute decisively to ensuring that our projects are implemented smoothly, on time and efficiently.

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for your projects as well as coordination between project management, sales, engineering, purchasing, assembly and logistics
• Planning, control and monitoring of production orders – including timely and quantity-appropriate scheduling
• Carrying out preliminary and final cost calculations as well as closing production orders
• Scheduling and implementing deadline changes and change requests for ongoing projects
• Continuous optimisation of existing processes in work preparation and adjacent areas
• Recording and maintenance of articles and other master data in the ERP system
• Periodic review of target and distribution times
• Support in make-or-buy analyses and assembly procurement in cooperation with supply chain management

Our Requirements

• Completed technical basic training
• Further training as a process specialist is an advantage
• Analytical, structured thinking skills as well as sound knowledge in the vehicle or machinery industry
• Several years of professional experience in production planning or a comparable environment
• High customer orientation, teamwork and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Experience in project management and flow production is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as confident communication in English
• Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems (ideally Dynamics AX / D365)
