During your three-year training, you will learn the necessary skills in various specialist areas for a successful completion of the apprenticeship and a career as a commercial employee. Attending inter-company courses from VZGV (Association of Zurich Municipal and Administrative Professionals) and vocational school will round off your versatile training. Some examples of your activities include:
- Advising customers by phone and at the counter
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
- Assisting in organizing and conducting votes
- Supporting employees in their daily work
- Independently handling administrative tasks
