- Telling stories with impact – where they move our target groups
- Boldly advancing and future-proofing our social media strategy
- Strategically managing the editorial plan and systematically operating our channels
- Realising content with motivation and commitment – from the first idea to implementation (video, image, text)
- Revitalising the community, managing interactions and building engagement
- Monitoring and reporting channels to turn learnings directly into measurable successes
- Orchestrating campaigns – content-wise and in timing aligned with other communication and marketing measures of the hospital association and our cross-media activities
Furthermore, you actively relieve the team and the Head of Communication & Marketing in various matters, support during holiday absences and flexibly assist with administrative tasks.
You
- combine a commercial basic education with targeted training or further education in the social media field
- bring several years of solid professional and project experience in social media and content creation
- possess an infallible sense for aesthetic, expressive photos and moving images
- are linguistically skilled, textually precise and have editorial flair
- navigate expertly with Adobe CC, MS Office and other design tools
- intentionally incorporate your pronounced digital affinity into your work
- are proactive and enrich our department with your dynamism, diversity of ideas and spontaneity
