For Raiffeisenbank Appenzell - a successful, locally rooted bank - we are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-oriented personality as Head of Corporate Client Advisory (m/f/d) in the corporate client business. Help us further strengthen our position as the preferred bank for companies.
 

What can you expect?

• Leadership, promotion and further development of the corporate client team with a positive, appreciative and motivating leadership style
• Professional, sales and personnel management as well as further development of the corporate client business
• Ensuring comprehensive and needs-based advice for our corporate clients
• Creation of individual solution proposals across the entire advisory and service offering of the Raiffeisen Group in the corporate client business, taking into account specific customer needs
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as targeted acquisition of new customers based on defined market development
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures and performing representative tasks in the region

What do you bring with you?

• Completed banking training, ideally with further education in banking or finance (e.g. business administration, corporate finance)
• Ideally some leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate, promote and further develop employees
• Team-oriented and entrepreneurial personality with strong customer focus, negotiation skills and confident appearance
• Solution-oriented, independent and networked way of working
• Several years of experience in client support and acquisition, especially in the SME segment
