As a specialist around the application and functionalities of our software, you lead workshops and training sessions and actively maintain customer relationships.
You ensure that customers use our products and services to the optimal extent.
With your comprehensive product knowledge, you contribute to solving complex customer inquiries.
You know the requirements of our customers and represent them within our company.
You bring your acquired expertise into the further development of our products.

Your profile

Commercial or technical education with business management further training or equivalent education
Knowledge of HR topics (Payroll, UVG, KTG, absence management) is an advantage
Negotiation-level German skills (French and English are an advantage)
