YOUR TASKS
- Carrying out internal courier trips within the customer site in Zurich
- Delivery, collection, and distribution of mail, documents, and other business consignments
- Responsibility for the timely and secure handling of all courier orders
- Performing filing and archiving tasks according to customer requirements
- Handing over consignments to external courier and logistics service providers
- Ensuring correct documentation as well as compliance with security,
- data protection, and quality requirements
- Reporting irregularities or process deviations to the responsible manager
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional experience in courier, postal, logistics, or transport services is an advantage
- Valid category B driving licence is required
- Reliable, independent, and structured working style as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Careful and discreet handling of confidential documents and information
- Friendly, service-oriented manner and strong team skills
- Physical resilience and enjoyment of an active role
- Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- A clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract are required
- Willingness to work fixed hours from Monday to Friday (07:00–11:00)
