- Receiving support requests by phone
- Support and advice on billing and dunning inquiries
- Information about products and services
- Analyzing diverse customer problems and developing suitable solutions
- Complete and error-free recording of the customer request in the system (SAP/Salesforce)
- German is your native language
- You master French or Italian in spoken and written form (ideally bilingual)
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and experience in customer service facilitate the entry
- Flexibility and reliability are further advantages
- You are looking for a hybrid work model where you can also work from home
- You can start in February 2026
- Working hours from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- After the training and onboarding phase, working from home is possible (excluded for cross-border commuters)
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- Up to the 5th year of service, one more day of vacation each year
