Building Technician Electrical (a) 100%- Operating, monitoring and maintaining building technology systems and control systems
- Conducting and documenting inspection rounds, fault analyses and fault rectifications
- Coordinating and performing inspections, maintenance and repairs on technical systems (HVACSE, electrical)
- Implementing customer orders as well as continuous optimisation of building operations
- Assisting with conversions and modernisations
- Accompanying and instructing third-party companies
- Providing on-call service
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training (e.g. building technology / HVAC)
- At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field
- Connection authorisation NIV 15 advantageous or willingness to obtain it promptly
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT/PC skills
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Teamwork skills as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
- Impeccable character (criminal and debt register extract)
