Team leadership and development: You take over the personnel and technical leadership of the electronics team as well as cross-location management

Development: You develop electrical and electronic concepts and specifications for individual parts, assemblies, and complete (partial) systems for our coffee machines and are responsible for them throughout the entire lifecycle

Planning and implementation: You are responsible for the project planning of tasks and projects, including resource planning, adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality, as well as for the verification of requirements

Technology management: You identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies for use in coffee machines

Collaboration with production and suppliers: You support production in troubleshooting and work closely with purchasing to evaluate suppliers and ensure coordination with them

PROFILE:

You have a degree in electrical engineering (university, university of applied sciences, or college) as well as several years of leadership experience

You have at least 5 years of experience in product or technology development of mechatronic systems as well as in electronics development; experience in project management is an advantage

You convince with solid expertise in circuit technology, sensor technology, embedded systems, and electronic components such as displays

You work independently and are capable of coordination and integration with strong assertiveness

You have strong communication skills and are fluent in German and English – both spoken and written
