About the job
As an HR Administration and Payroll Specialist, you ensure a structured and reliable handling of administrative HR processes. This includes in particular:
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation and execution of monthly payroll runs
- Advising and supporting employees on personnel, labor law, and social issues
- Handling accident and sickness notifications, EO notifications, and other administrative HR processes
- Creating and maintaining HR documents, regulations, and guidelines as well as further developing existing processes
- Participating in HR projects and supporting cross-departmental organizational and administrative matters
- Maintaining contact with external authorities, insurance companies, and social partners
You have completed a commercial basic education and ideally have further training in HR, for example as an HR assistant or with comparable further education. Additionally, you bring the following:
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role with a focus on HR administration and payroll
- Solid knowledge in payroll processing and ideally experience with Abacus
- Confident use of common MS Office programs and a strong IT affinity
- Structured, efficient, and independent working style as well as a clear hands-on mentality
- Reliable, discreet, and team-oriented personality with a high service orientation
- Very good German skills and good English skills
