Apprentice Kitchen Assistant EBA 2027

Your tasks
- You will learn the professional handling of food and its preparation
- You will prepare hot and cold dishes and present them accordingly
- You will work in our in-house kitchen, in the public restaurant and assist with banquets
- You will get to know various cooking techniques and gain insights into the entire kitchen routine
- Together with our team, you ensure that our guests can enjoy fine meals daily
Your profile
- Completed compulsory schooling
- Enjoyment of cooking and food
- Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Flexibility, teamwork and resilience even in hectic times
- Manual dexterity and practical aptitude
- Neat appearance, strong awareness of hygiene
- Motivation to learn new things and to get involved
