To complete our assembly team, we are looking for a 

Estimator with Sales Flair (m/f)

Your tasks

• Analyze and calculate tenders
• Detailed clarification of the scope of services for tenders
• Calculation of additional charges including pre- and post-calculations for large projects
• Representation of the company at award meetings
• Negotiation and review of (work) contracts
• Seamless handover of orders to project managers
• Hands-on mentality to develop solutions with the customer; you act independently and with initiative
• Service orientation and focus on customer and company benefits
• You convince decision-makers with communication, technical competence, and persuasiveness
• You build trust and expand your customer portfolio

Your profile

• Technical basic training in the steel construction, metal construction industry, or comparable
• Several years of experience in the steel construction industry in the craft and/or technical area
• Commercial training or broad experience
• Willingness to travel
• Very good MS Office skills
• Business fluent German, possibly French and/or Italian
